On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with extremely courteous and helpful staff, making my stay quite pleasant. The location was convenient, being close to the city center and within walking distance of the train station and various amenities. However, the hotel rejected my confirmed reservation without informing me, which was quite disappointing.
